Meet Annette
My journey into therapy began with a significant loss in my life and my own search for inner strength. At first I was reluctant to seek counselling, after all, I was a ‘strong woman’. But I was wrong to think that seeking help was a sign of weakness. Working with a therapist allowed me to realise that my feelings were normal. Helping me understand myself, and enabling me to look to the future pick up my life and move on. Through this process I knew I wanted to help others on their journey to improve their own mental health.
Psychotherapy and Hypnotherapy Counselling can and does make a powerful difference. Having spent my life working with people, I believe that with the right guidance we all have the power to heal, grow and be better versions of ourselves. As a therapist my aim is to build trusting and honest relationships through my person-centred - pluralistic practice . Using my training and experience in Psychotherapy Counselling and Clinical Hypnotherapy to make a positive difference in the lives of the people working with me.
